Privacy Policy

Effective: September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how First Call Roadside Services (“First Call,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through our website and mobile brake-service scheduler.

Information We Collect

When you request service, we may collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, service address, preferred appointment date/window, vehicle year/make/model, optional VIN, brake-service selections, parts information, symptoms, notes, initials, electronic signature and consent acknowledgments.

Our website hosting and form-processing providers may also automatically process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security logs.

How We Use Information

Text Messages & Marketing

Providing a phone number through the scheduler allows First Call to contact you about the service request you submitted. Submitting a service request does not by itself enroll you in recurring promotional text messages. If we offer optional marketing communications in the future, we will provide a separate choice where required.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow access to information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the website, process form submissions, send service communications, maintain records or support the business; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect customers, First Call or others from fraud, safety threats or unlawful activity; or as part of a legitimate business transfer.

Website & Form Providers

This website may use third-party hosting and form-processing services, including Netlify, to receive and store scheduler submissions. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices while providing services to us.

Retention

We retain service-request and service-record information for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, customer service, business records, warranty/workmanship documentation where applicable, dispute resolution and legal, tax or insurance obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and business need.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small service business and the tools we use. No website, form, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or ask whether information can be deleted. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, insurance, safety or dispute-related reasons.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

Final Price & Parts Authorization Records

When First Call supplies parts, we may collect a separate final-price and parts authorization containing your name, phone number, vehicle information, selected service, approved price, acknowledgments, initials, electronic signature, authorization ID, submission time and related service notes. We use and retain this information to document customer authorization, provide the requested service, handle billing or disputes and maintain business records.

Service records: Information submitted through the scheduler may become part of the customer service record, including authorization, pricing and electronic-signature evidence.
